• Forensic Preservation: Image and archive computer data on disks, thumb drives, SD cards, and phones in a sound manner that preserves a bit-for-bit copy of digital evidence for discovery, analysis, and court admissibility.
• Forensic Understanding: using modern court-recognized tools, such as AccessData’s Forensic Toolkit, Magnetic AXIOM, and other tools to search and analyze computer or phone data for relevant evidence.
• Forensic Preparation: Support including case law research, pre-trial interviews, and depositions. Help you to understand, explain, and argue the computer issues of your case, either as a consulting or testifying expert.
• Forensic Competence: Access Data Certified Examiner (“ACE”); B.S., Computer and Information Science; J.D., cum laude; former prosecutor.
